Collection in ROSE Store
You can have your ready bike sent free of shipping costs to one of our ROSE stores and pick it up there. Pick-up of clothing, parts and accessories is also possible from our stores.
Bike Pick up at ROSE Stores
If you chose the dispatch option “Store collection” then you will get a notification email from us as soon as your bike is ready to be picked up in our store. In the e-mail you will receive a link to our online appointment calendar. You can use this to schedule an appointment with a bike consultant who will give you a personal introduction to your bike.
What can you expect from your bike handover at the ROSE Store?
We take some time to explain your new bike to you in detail.
- Lasts for 30 minutes
- Introduction to the details of your bike, with important tips for setting the seat height and adjusting suspension components
- Do you already have questions about your bike? Bring them with you to the bike handover.
You haven’t received an email?
You can also check the status of your bike order in the customer account.
Order overview
If the status here is “parcel dispatched”, please look in your email spam folder whether your confirmation email for pickup ended up there. If you’re still unsure you can reach out to our service team. The service team will check the status of your order and help you with making an appointment online on our website.
Parcel Collection in a ROSE Store (Clothing, Parts & Accessories)
If you chose the dispatch option “Store collection” then you will get a pick-up notification email from us as soon as your order is ready to be picked up in our store. Your order will be kept for you in our store for a week. Just bring your pick-up notification to the cash register.
Am I obligated to make a purchase if I don’t like the item(s) or something doesn’t fit?
No, you can simply return the order at the cash register.
