The wind- and waterproof SYMPATEX membrane in combination with the robust nubuck leather make the shoes a true trail weapon. The proven VAUDE AM FLAT sole with the soft SUPTRACTION rubber compound offers you a perfect grip on the pedal and promises ideal grip and lots of riding enjoyment on almost any surface. The hydrophilic, non-porous membrane is waterproof (>45,000 mm waterproof rating), windproof and highly breathable at the same time.

SUPTRACTION:
High-grip rubber compound for a modern tread that offers high traction on dry and wet conditions.

V-FLOW INDEX 3:
Different activities and terrains place different requirement on the sole in terms of its strength. V-Flow combines the shoes' cuff materials, fit and stability and provides an overview based on the V-Flow index to help you find out your personal preferences regarding intended use and comfort. The FLOW INDEX 3 offers comfort and flexibility, a protective cuff, good climbing qualities and perfect grip on flat pedals. Thus, it is perfect for demanding and technical singletracks in blocked terrain with roots, rocks and carrying sections.

VAUDE AM FLAT:
The proven VAUDE AM FLAT sole takes your biking experience to a new level. The deeper tread in the toe and heel area offers ideal grip in sections where you have to carry or push your bike and, in combination with the soft SUP-Traction Flat rubber compound, the sole ensures perfect grip on the pedals and lots of riding enjoyment. The hexagonal tread at the midfoot works like fish scales that wedge into the ground when walking for excellent traction even in challenging sections. The lightweight EVA midsole with a shock-absorbing heel element ensures good comfort, even on rough terrain.
