However far you want to go – your Backroad wants to join you. The Unsupported model gives you complete freedom, makes you independent of electricity and charges devices while you ride. With plenty of space for luggage, a carbon frame with long-distance geometry, a powerful lighting system and plenty of tyre clearance, all roads are open to you – from the forest to the desert, from gravel to snow.

The Backroad Unsupported comes with Shimano's mechanical 1x12 GRX RX820 gravel top groupset, extra wide 50 mm Schwalbe G-One Overland tyres, robust Rose G30 aluminium wheels (27 mm rim width) and a chainguide to protect against chain drops. An adventure gravel bike that has everything – so you don't have to think about a thing.

Classification
Category 2
This category applies to bicycles and e-bikes* that meet the conditions of category 1 and are ridden on normal roads as well as in category 2 on unpaved roads and gravel paths with moderate inclines and descents. The tyres are in constant contact with the ground at average speed and they are only occasionally ridden over steps and drops of less than 15 cm. These conditions can lead to contact with uneven terrain and the tyre repeatedly losing contact with the ground. The intended use is, for example, recreational riding. You don’t require any special riding skills.
