The OVERLAND PLUS MTB/touring shoes from northwave have been developed for trail, all-mountain and strong enduro performance and come with impressive features. The SLW7 dial in combination with a Velcro fastener allows you precise adjustment and a secure hold of the foot. The well-thought-out VIBRAM WHIPLESS clipless sole with Vibram XS Ride outsole with Traction Lug technology offers excellent grip and control on any terrain, while the EVA midsole absorbs shocks, additionally increases comfort and reduces fatigue even on long, intense rides. The reinforced TPU toe cap also reliably protects against impacts on demanding trails. Last but not least, the cuff made of 3D mesh with micro-perforated TPU improves ventilation and simultaneously ensures stability. SLW7 SYSTEM:
Small, light, interchangeable. 
Experience the next generation of micrometric adjustment system with the fully interchangeable, compact dial system designed for seamless integration into shoes and effortless adjustment. The design and mechanism ensure smooth, precise adjustment and quick replacement – for optimum control and riding fun. If damaged, the dial can be easily removed and replaced without affecting the mechanism.
Open: Pull the button and the cable to open the shoe completely. 
Adjust: Turn the dial to adjust the fastener "click by click" for an ideal fit. 
Loosen: Press the button to open the shoe step by step, one "click" at a time.

VIBRAM WHIPLESS:
Northwave developed the Whipless sole in collaboration with Vibram to create a solution for clipless pedals that combines pedal efficiency with excellent traction when walking. At its core, a polyamide (nylon) cleat plate is integrated into the midsole, which creates a stable and efficient connection to the pedal. The rubber outsole consists of the Vibram XS Ride compound and features a tread pattern with differentiated lugs: Traction Lug elements in the toe and heel area improve grip, while the middle area is optimised for secure contact with the pedal. Thanks to the Vibram construction, the sole can be renewed more easily and replaced with an identical original version.
