fi´zi:k Vento Antares R1 Light Saddle

With the Vento Antares R1 Light, fi'zi:k takes the competition saddle that has been perfected for over two decades to the next level. 

Thanks to the R1 Light architecture, the weight has been reduced even further. In addition to the carbon-reinforced polyamide saddle shell and the oval carbon saddle rails, the Vento Antares impresses with its new, uncovered EVA padding. The result: Even in the large size, the saddle weighs only approx. 130 grams according to the manufacturer.

The flat profile in combination with the slightly wider saddle nose ensures first-class support and maximum freedom of movement when pedalling – regardless of whether you are sitting further back on climbs or sliding forwards in a low aero position.
Despite its focus on performance, the Vento Antares R1 Light offers a high level of comfort. The ergonomic centre cut-out provides targeted pressure relief in the perineal area. As the zoned padding is softer at the tip of the saddle and firmer in the area of the ischial tuberosities, the saddle offers excellent support for sporty riding.
