FAQ
If there is still capacity available on the day, we will hand over the bike to you with a little waiting time. If there is no capacity available, you will receive your bike without instruction and we will reduce the amount to €49.
Simply get in touch with an employee on site. They will then take you to the bike handover.
All parts that you have ordered will be fitted – for example pedals, luggage rack, bell, etc. If you bring any small parts with you (e.g. bottle cage), we will also fit these on site.
If your order contains parts that are not compatible with the bike or require a conversion (cockpit or stem change, conversion to tubeless), we will contact you to clarify the further procedure.
As soon as your bike is ready for collection, you will receive an email with the link to book an appointment. You can postpone your collection date yourself within your appointment confirmation. For logistical reasons, we cannot change the pick-up location after the order has been received.
