Handy like a heart rate monitor watch, reliable like a chest strap: The OHR-31 heart rate monitor by Cateye was developed for athletes who want comfort just as much as reliable measurements. The heart rate sensor can be worn on the upper arm or forearm. It can be put on in seconds and does not restrict your breathing or freedom of movement. The contact surface is significantly larger than on the wrist and the connection is more stable. That’s why, this optical heart rate sensor is subject to less strong fluctuations than a heart rate monitor watch. It is therefore also suitable for performance-oriented training and for beginners as well, thanks to its simple and comfortable handling.

The heart rate armband comes with state-of-the-art technology: Thanks to its dual connectivity, you can connect it to your smartphone or compatible bike computers via Bluetooth as well as ANT+. Pairing can be done directly with the device or via the free Cateye Cycling App. To give you the peace of mind you need for long training sessions or competitions, the OHR-31 has a built-in rechargeable battery that allows for up to 24 hours of non-stop activity. A battery indicator informs you in good time when it's time for a refuelling stop at the supplied USB charging dock. An ideal partner for compatible Cateye bike computers (e.g. Padrone Digital, prod. code: 2322287), which is also compatible with devices from many other manufacturers thanks to the open radio protocol.
